Welcome to ORVYKA.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ORVYKA. ORVYKA operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, products, features, tools and services (the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies referenced on our website, govern your access to and use of the Services.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

However, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right a consumer may have under Québec law when an order is not delivered within the applicable time period.

Because ORVYKA sells skincare and personal care products, opened or used products may not qualify for voluntary returns for hygiene and safety reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a Québec consumer from exercising rights or remedies before a court or authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

For distance contracts, including qualifying online purchases, statutory rules concerning where the contract is deemed to have been entered into continue to apply.
